The Grid Magazine ("The Grid", "we", "us", "our") is an independent, UK-based NFL publication. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it. If you have questions, contact us at editor@thegridmagazine.co.uk.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Under UK GDPR, we process your data on the basis of: your consent (for marketing emails), performance of a contract (fulfilling a paid subscription), and our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, keeping the site secure).
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy and applicable data protection agreements.
We keep subscriber and contact records for as long as your account or subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations (e.g. retaining financial records).
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link). To exercise any of these rights, email editor@thegridmagazine.co.uk.
This site may use essential cookies required for it to function, and — if analytics are enabled — non-essential cookies to understand site usage. Where required, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
The Grid is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
